Our Commitment To You

Our team would love to hear from you if our product is not quite right, whether it's the materials or workmanship. Every leather type has a different natural texture: alligator and python scales, feather follicles on ostrich, and calf grain. These characteristics are unique to each type of leather. Wrinkles and marks are not defects, but rather the results of a natural material. They make the appearance of every R E L D I O R item unique. All of the genuine leathers we use in the construction of our products are supple materials, so creases, variations, and irregularities do occur naturally.

Our Warranty Doesn't Claim These Damages

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear, physical objects, intentional or accidental damage, or water damage.
