We provide Free shipping across India on all orders. All our orders are delivered in 2-4 business days in India depending on your location. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across India ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Generally, the delivery process can be divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders will be processed within one business day after the order is placed. All our orders are shipped from Ludhiana, Punjab.

• Shipping time: All our orders are delivered in 2-4 business days in India depending on your location. Once your has order shipped from us, you will be receiving Email and SMS alerts on every movement of your package. Otherwise, you can also track the order in detail by visiting the 'My Account' section on the website. Delivery usually takes less than four working days to reach your doorstep. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Please do not worry if it doesn't show up in the tracking immediately, it is on its way!

REFUND AND RETURNS :

We are here to make sure that you are happy with what you buy. We offer Refunds and Exchanges only if you inform us within 2 days of receipt of the package and the product is in unused condition with the original packaging. After that no returns or replacements will be accepted.

The product will be eligible for a refund only if the product is in unused condition with the labels, stickers, and box still intact. In the case of Refund to the customer the Shipping Fee of Rs. 249 + Return pickup & Shipping Fee of Rs. 249 + Restocking Fee of Rs. 249 will be deducted from the order value. Within seven business days, you will receive a refund for the original payment method.

The product will be eligible for exchange only if the product is in unused condition with the labels, stickers, and box still intact. In case of an exchange with a different Product(s), the customer has to bear the Product pickup Shipping Fee of Rs.249 + the Restocking Fee of Rs. 249 + the Shipping Fee for the New product i.e Rs. 249.
