Refund policy

We are here to make sure that you are happy with what you buy. We offer Refunds and Exchanges only If you inform us within 3 days of receipt of the package and the product is in unused condition with the original packaging.

The product will be eligible for the Refund only if the product is in unused condition with the labels, stickers, box still intact. In case of the Refund to the customer the Shipping Fee of Rs. 249 + Return pickup & Shipping Fee of Rs. 249 + Restocking Fee of Rs. 249 will be deducted from the order value. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. 

The product will be eligible for the Exchange only if the product is in unused condition with the labels, stickers, box still intact. In case of an exchange with a different Product(s), the customer has to bear the Product pickup Shipping Fee of Rs. 249 + Restocking Fee of Rs. 249 + the Shipping Fee for the New product i.e Rs. 249.
